Bunker Delivery will normally take place at anchorage area by barges (weather permitting), but also up to the physical suppliers decission. Delivery can also take place by pipes and by barge in inner port, Port Said. However, some restriction may apply. There will for instance be charged an additional fee by lifting bunkers in inner port, Port Said. The amount charged is based upon the vessels GRT, number of escort tugs required etc.

Barge Pump Capacity: Generally, the pumping capacity increase when the vessel is laden due to shorter distance from the barge to the manifold. Vice versa, the pumping capacity decrease when the vessel is in ballast condition.
